Why Join the Knights of Columbus?
Imagine being part of an organization that fills your heart and your mind with the joy of giving to others and the feeling that comes with making a difference. Knights are Catholic men, 18 years of age and older, who are committed to making their community a better place, while supporting their Church. Being a Knight is more than camaraderie; it is being involved with your community; it is supporting your local Catholic Church, while enhancing your own faith; it is about protecting and enhancing your family life. We meet on the fourth Thursday in St. Michael's Parish Hall at 6:30pm.

St. Michael’s Altar Society
The Altar Society is a group of women dedicated to making sure the altar cloths, purificators, and the server’s albs are clean. We are also responsible for changing the tapestries when needed. The altar society replaces burned out candles, purchases the candles, the wine and the altar bread. We have five groups of people who clean the church and parish hall every week. We provide Bereavement dinners, as well as Mother and Daughter dinners that are held every year. We also assist at parish social functions.
Our meetings are the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm in the parish hall. The Sunshine lady, who is the vice-president, sends out get-well and sympathy cards to those in need. Every woman is welcome to be a member of the Altar Society. We have no dues, and because we are a small parish, we have different fund raisers as often as we can. Our goal is to have everyone in the parish serving the Lord in one way or another.
