St. Michael Parish Mission Statement
We, the Catholic community of Saint Michael’s Church, commit ourselves to a two-fold mission:

• to helping each member of our church community grow in knowledge and understanding of the Good News as expressed through the words of Jesus Christ, and the traditions of the Catholic Church;
• to carrying forth that knowledge and understanding to the members of the local community by our word and example.

Misión Parroquial de San Miguel
Nosotros, la comunidad Católica de la Iglesia de San Miguel, nos comprometemos a:

• Ayudar a cada miembro de nuestra comunidad parroquial crecer en conocimiento de la Buena Nueva como fue expresada a través de las palabras de Jesucristo y las tradiciones de la Iglesia Católica;
• Llevar este conocimiento a los miembros de la comunidad local con nuestras palabras y ejemplo.

Parish History
St. Michael’s Parish was established in 1976 with the first mass on August 29th at 8:30am with 52 present.  St. Michael’s Church was dedicated by Bishop Henry J. Soenneker on November 20, 1977.  Since that time the parish community has grown to 125 families (290 members) of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
